Помимо вопроса об анаболиках, "Больше, сильнее, быстрее" затрагивает тему о том, что общественное мнение в вопросах употребления наркотиков и допинга (с целью достижения успеха), крайне непостоянно. Сюда включены такие проблемы, как лазерная коррекция зрения 20/15, которую сделал себе Тайгер Вудс (профессиональный игрок в гольф), использование профессиональными музыкантами лекарств, уменьшающих тревогу или зависимость атлетов от уколов кортизона, который является легальным стероидом.

Также фильм довольно скептически рассматривает заявления о том, что стероиды вредят здоровью и крайне критично настроен по отношению к производителям так называемого здорового питания.
